Δ. Παπαστεργίου: Δεν θα είμαι υποψήφιος Περιφερειάρχης Θεσσαλίας
Την πρόθεση του να παραμείνει στη κεντρική πολιτική σκηνή ξεκαθάρισε ο Υπουργός Ψηφιακής Διακυβέρνησης Δημήτρης Παπαστεργίου, σε συνέντευξη που παραχώρησε στην πρωινή εκπομπή του Ράδιο Ζυγός, που παρουσιάζουν ο Κώστας Αργυρούσης και ο Γιώργος Παπαγεωργόπουλος.Ο Τρικαλινός Υπουργός μέσα από τις δηλώσεις του στην εκπομπή, ήταν κάθετος και κατηγορηματικός βάζοντας έτσι οριστικά τέλος στα σενάρια και την φημολογία που τον θέλουν στις εκλογές του 2028 να είναι υποψήφιος Περιφερειάρχης Θεσσαλίας, απέναντι στον Δημήτρη Κουρέτα.« Οι προτεραιότητες μου πλέον έχουν να κάνουν με την δουλειά μου στο Υπουργείο και δεν με ενδιαφέρει η ενασχόληση μου με την Περιφέρεια, ο κύκλος για μένα στην αυτοδιοίκηση έχει κλείσει», δήλωσε με έμφαση ο Δημήτρης Παπαστεργίου.
